Legoland, Malaysia

On our way out of Sumatra, we stopped for a couple of days in Legoland, Malaysia.  Grandma Linda described it as Las Vegas for kids, and we all agreed.

The Legoland hotel was Lego themed from top to bottom, with all the rooms decorated with something from the Lego world of imagination - Pirates, Adventure/Jungle, and Kingdoms/Castles.

And everything was made out of Legos.  Well, nearly everything - they did use mattresses on the beds and towels in the bathrooms.

The theme park was more of the same, with everything Lego surrounding us.  The theme park also had a separate water park as part of the attraction, which was fun (no pictures here - just memories!).  The best part about the park was that everything was designed and built for kids age 4 to around 12.  We didn't have to worry about height or age restrictions on rides, and the boys enjoyed just about everything they saw and did.  They can't wait to go back!!
