Napa Valley Trip

A big Thank You to Grandma Cindy and Grandpa Pat who came to watch the boys so Andy and I could go away for a long weekend to remember how much fun we have together!
We flew into San Francisco had lunch by the Bay before we headed off to Napa!
We checked in and then split a bottle of wine outside before a wonderful tapas dinner.
We stayed in Downtown Napa and the first day was quite relaxing.  I finished some work hanging over my head that morning and Andy had a good workout.  Then after an amazing lunch, we headed out to three wineries and enjoyed spending the afternoon together.

On Saturday we splurged for a driver.  It was worth every penny as we toured wineries carefree.  Here we are in font of the infinity pool at Signorello Winery.
Then we spent about 2 hours at our own private tasting at Patland Estate Vinyards.  The wine and view were amazing!   After this, things are at bit more blurry for me, but Andy assures me we had a great time at the remaining wineries!
On Sunday we headed up to Calistoga to visit Andy's cousin, Cam.
Of course our first stop was Cam's winery, Chateau Montelena.   We were able to taste the wonderful wines Cam creates and get a full tour of the estate.
The best part of the trip was visiting with Cam, Stephanie, June and Harper.  The girls are beautiful and so well behaved!   We can't wait until next year when we all get together with the boys too!
Andy and I enjoyed a mud bath (quite an experience!) in Calistoga before we headed to San Ramon.   Andy headed back home and I stayed in San Ramon for a conference there that week.
What a wonderful trip!
