Visit with Santa

One of the neighbors had a 'Brunch with Santa' today. It was a lot of fun. First the boys just hung out with new friends.

Then Santa himself showed up! Jake was very excited to see him and ran to give him a hug. Zach ran the other way...

Santa went inside to hear what all the good boys and girls wanted for Christmas. Jake was very excited to tell Santa that he wanted a car. Zach screamed and refused to get near Santa.

Jake was very happy and polite on Santa's lap, accepting the candy cane he gave. But when I asked Jake how it went, he said "I asked Santa for a car, but he didn't have any" and then held up the candy cane as if to say 'This is all I got'.
